From its first plant dedicated to metalwork, CIS MOTTA extended its Castelli Calepio (BG) facility in the early 70s with 1000 m² of covered surface area, and equipped itself with its first professional laser cutter in 1995 to broaden its skills and the range of services offered to clients.

The surface area of the company plant reached 2000 m² in 2005, but these dimensions were outgrown in 2017 with a building providing another 3500 m² of covered surface and a 5000 m² service area for logistics, goods and material handling, with significant margins for possible future expansion.

This large metalwork facility at the company’s disposal allows for the ongoing integration of new specialised stainless steel carpentry machinery and is complemented by the offerings that have always placed CIS MOTTA as a leader in the sector.

CIS MOTTA has been the benchmark for metalwork in Brescia and Bergamo since it was founded in the early 60s. This family business that has now reached its third generation has specialised over the years in laser cutting, folding, shearing, punching, calendering and welding with a highlight on 2B, SB and polished finishes.

Business, which began with the specialised manufacture of steel parts for the nautical and food industries, developed into other production environments—such as wine and dairy—over the years, and now encompasses all product markets, including the chemical, textile and pharmaceutical industries.
